Each spacious unit features an open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfortable furnishings and everything you need to feel at home.
Outside, enjoy your own private deck with BBQ, surrounded by lush tropical gardens or step straight out to the pools for hours of family fun.
Note: *Australian Standards state that children under 9 years of age should not sleep on top bunks

BEST PARK WE HAVE BEEN TO – Excellent facilities at the Marion Holiday Park. The beer garden is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back many times in the future. My daughter loved it so much she asked if we could live there for ever!!

FANTASTIC FOR BOTH CHILDREN AND ADULTS- Wonderful accommodation. Stayed in a lagoon unit which was extremely clean and modern. Great facilities for both adults and children – the beer garden is a awesome addition allowing the family to have fun all in one stop – great food at a great price. Only live 10 mins down the road but will definitely be back. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Excellent – This holiday park is amazing for family’s. There’s so many things for the kids to do it made it hard to leave. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with lots of room. Will defiantly be staying again

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED – My group of 8 stayed in the 2 storey poolside apartments & they were luxurious. The level of detail in presentation, cleanliness & supplies were top notch. The kids had plenty of free activities to keep them busy.

BRILLIANT WINTER ESCAPE – A holiday where the parents enjoyed it as much as the children. Perfect escape in winter with so many indoor activities – tennis, table tennis, 8 ball, arcade games and gym. We also enjoyed the new bar area with outdoor cinema, booths with heaters, great pizzas and plenty of drinks to choose from. A great treat also were the fire pits to keep warm and toast marshmallows. Best of all was the heated pool, the kids even braved the splash park in the cold, then warmed up afterwards with a spa. We’ll be back for sure!

It was the first time we have stayed at the Marion park. We enjoyed the luxurious accommodation and the up to date facilities offered throughout the park. We will definitely be coming back.
Amazing stay, felt like we were in a resort in Queensland. Kids were in the pool area and tennis courses the whole weekend. The bar/cinema area was great with drinks and food prices well.
