Do you supply linen for your cabins and apartments?
Yes we do, but not for caravan and camping sites
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately no, as we are quite a small park we do not have the facilities to allow pets at our park.
Do you provide a discount for long term stays?
No, we do not provide discount for long term accommodation stays, we have a daily rate that is applied regardless of the duration of your stay
Are your water facilities like the water park and indoor pool open all year round?
Yes they are! They may close a little earlier in the cooler months, but they are open all year round except for scheduled maintenance and cleaning
Are all of your facilities included in the price of our stay?
Yes, no matter whether you are staying on a camping & caravan site or a Poolside Apartment, you can access all our facilities including water park, lagoon pool, indoor pool, games room, adventure playground, jumping pillow, outdoor cinema area etc.
What are your check in and check out times?
Check in is from 2pm and check out is at 10am.
What happens if I need to check in after your office closes at 6.30pm?
Please call our office during their open hours between 8am to 6.30pm and we will arrange to get your accommodation access to you.
Is there wi-fi at the park?
Yes there is and it is free!
What are your cancellation policies in regards to Covid?

Do you have a restaurant on site?
Yes we do! We have The Palms which is our outdoor kitchen, beer garden and cinema area. They serve great pub style meals catering to both adults and children.
Are your pools heated?
Yes they are, both our outdoor lagoon pool is heated as is our indoor pool so they can be enjoyed all year round.
Can we choose our cabin or site number?
We understand that you may have stayed in a beautiful part of our park previously and want to return to that spot next time you visit and while we will take your request for a specific spot on board, we can not guarantee that it will be available due to maintenance and other factors beyond our control.
Are you a Big4 park and do you sell Big4 gift cards?
We are a Big4 Partner Park. To receive your BIG4 discount you must book direct via BIG4 website. We accept BIG4 vouchers and gift cards.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do in various denominations from $50 to $500. You can purchase them at our office or over the phone on 8276 6695.
