Office Opening Hours

8am-6.30pm. Reception is open everyday except Christmas Day.

Checking Out

Check out time is 10am. Please return your key/s and wristbands to Reception on departure.

Please leave the accommodation neat, clean and tidy. We kindly request that all dishes are washed or in the dishwasher being washed and that all rubbish is removed and placed into bins situated throughout the park. Failure to do so may incur a cleaning levy.

Smoking Policy

All accommodation and public areas with the park are Non-Smoking. If this condition is breached, guests will incur a levy of $200.

Noise

Marion Holiday Park is a family park so please consider other guest at all times. We kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum especially after 10pm.

Speed Limit

The speed limit is walking pace only.

EV Charging Stations

Staying with us and have an electric vehicle? We have 3 EV charging stations available for guests staying with us to charge their electric vehicles. The EV charging bays are located alongside our poolside apartments.

Swimming Pools

Open 8am-9pm. The outdoor pool is solar heated, the indoor heated pool is heated all year round. Pool towels are available within your accommodation or at reception.

Waterpark

Open 9am – 7pm during summer. At other times please check with reception. The waterpark can be activated with a red wristband.

Games Room

Open 8am – 9pm. The games room includes arcade games, table tennis and pool table. Rackets, table tennis balls and pool cues are available at reception and require a $5 refundable deposit.

Bowling

Open 9am – 5pm. Please visit reception to book your bowling session. Bowling is free, however we require a $20 refundable deposit by credit card or cash. An adult must collect the equipment from reception 10 minutes before your allocated booking time. All players must wear enclosed footwear. Please start on time to avoid delays for the people after you. The bowling alley must be supervised by an adult at all times. A maximum of 6 people can play per lane for up to 1 hour. At the end of your allocated time, please return equipment to reception.

Gym

Open 8am – 9pm. The use of the gym is restricted to guests over 16 years of age only. If you are over 16, please ask at reception to have your red wristband activated for the gym.

Indoor Tennis

Open 8am – 9pm. Due to popularity, a booking is required to use the indoor tennis court. Rackets and tennis balls are available at reception and require a $5 refundable deposit.

Pickleball

Open 9am – 5pm. Please go to reception to collect the paddles and balls and return to reception once you are finished. For more information on how to play pickle ball and the rules click here.

Adventure Playground & Jumping Pillow

The Adventure playground is open 24/7 and located right next to our giant inflatable jumping pillow which is fully shaded and open from 8am to 7pm. This area also has a shared BBQ, seats and tables close by for parents to enjoy.

The Palms

Poolside Bar, Beer Garden & Outdoor Cinema: Open 7 days from 4.30pm – 9pm and Saturdays from 12pm-2.30pm.

Family movies: at 5pm & 6.30pm each night (movie times may vary, check schedule on display at reception).

Laundry

The laundry is situated within the amenities block. Laundry powder is available for purchase from reception for $2. The washing machine takes $5.00 ($1 and $2 coins only). The dryer takes $1 coins for 10 minutes.

Towels

Extra guest towels are found in the bathroom cupboard. Daily towel change service is available. Please place towels etc. in the linen tub provided (found in wardrobe) and place outside your door before 11am. In line with our range of environmental initiatives, we do not replace pool towels daily. Hooks and clothes airers are provided for drying.

Room Service

A room service is available for a fee of $30 with 24 hours notice, these are not available on Sundays nor on public holidays. A weekly room service is included in all full price accommodation for stays of 7 nights or more, these are provided approximately at the middle of a stay.

Wetsuit Hire

Wetsuits are available for hire for $5 per day. These are available in children’s sizes 4-16.
